This was the first time I hiked this trail. The Little River Trail starts on DNR land near Port Angeles and follows the Little River most of the way up to the ridge where the Hurricane Hill trail connects Hurricane Ridge to Hurricane Hill. This trail is around 12.5 miles with 4500' of elevation gain.
Trail start
The trail crosses the river several times
The lower part of the trail is very nice. This would make for a nice winter time hike

Barb and the big conk
Mt Olympus from the ridge
Heading back down
This was the worst section. Very brushy and full of Marmot/varmint holes that were hard to see
Lots of conks
Cheese
Old and new
These were tiny
Heading down
We lost Doug for a bit but Barb found him
