We lived in the Wallingford area of Seattle on the bottom floor of an apartment bldg. I was going to school nights at the time and I was woken up that morning by the violent shaking. That night we drove around and took pictures of some of the damage. I used to hang out at the old Fenix quite a bit before it was closed due to this quake.
