I created this blog to document the interests and fun things my family and I have seen or done throughout the years. This site is mostly just a place to put things that I’m interested in. A place to toot my own horn, if you will. As I have grown older I have realized that it would have been nice if I had documented some of the fun things we have done and places we have seen, so going forward I intend to do just that.

And, nice blog. For someone who started into photography a, “few years ago”, you have great composition, and great editing skills. I have been carrying a camera for more than forty years, and don’t come close! Good job! Thanks for sharing.

Didn’t see a direct email link to you so I’ll have to ask this here. I’m an aspiring artist in Hawaii. I would like permission to paint from several of your bird photographs. I’m particularly interested in your Java Sparrows, Cattle Egret and Cardinals.
