Elwha Backpacking
16 Miles RT – 500′ Elevation Gain It was to be a hike across the Olympics, but due to Dawn’s blisters we didn’t make it too far. The picture below is the only one we got as a group.
Graduation
After getting laid off from Boeing, I took advantage of some worker re-training programs that were being offered and went to college for a couple years. I am proud to say that I have been a productive, tax paying, voting member of society ever since.
The Nisqually Earthquake
We lived in the Wallingford area of Seattle on the bottom floor of an apartment bldg. I was going to school nights at the time and I was woken up that morning by the violent shaking. That night we drove around and took pictures of some of the damage. I used to hang out at …
